Weald Store Delivery Information

Delivery within the UK:

FREE standard delivery will be applied to all UK orders over £50. 

Orders usually leave us within 48 hours. Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 and can be expected within 2-4 business days.

For orders under £50, delivery starts at £4.75. Large or high value orders may be sent by courier.

International delivery:

International orders will be sent by courier on a Tracked and Signed for service.

We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world within 10 - 20 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Please note that you may be charged import duties or custom charges, unfortunately these are outside of our control.

International shipping is calculated by weight. As a guide, shipping to Europe starts at £9.95 and £12.95 for the rest of the world.

Please note that due to postage restrictions we are unable to send matches outside of the UK.

Christmas 2024 last order dates

UK:
Thursday 19th December at 6pm.

INTERNATIONAL:
USA, Canada - Thursday 12th December
France, Germany - Sunday 15th December
Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain and everywhere else - Friday 6th December

As we approach the busy winter season, please take note of our last order dates above, so that your order arrives with you in time for Christmas.

As always, if you are able, I would recommend placing your order sooner rather than later; to give your parcel the best chance of arriving with you in plenty of time.

I'll be taking a festive break Saturday 21st December - Thursday 2nd January. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday 20th December will be posted once I return.

About our packaging

We use a selection of recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging. We also re-use as much of our suppliers packaging as possible, to reduce waste.

How can I track my order?

Please refer to the order despatch email, which will contain details of the tracking reference allocated to your order.

Visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking reference.

Can I send a gift direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! We can send your gift directly to your recipient. Please enter their name and address when placing your order.

You will be given the option to add your gift message during checkout, which we will hand-write onto a tag to accompany your gift.

We will not include any financial information with the parcel.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

Please email us as soon as possible (wealdstore@gmail.com) and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been posted, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Can I place an order after the last recommended ordering date?

Yes of course. Our last posting date of 2024 will be Saturday 21st December 2024. After this, the next posting date will be after our return from a festive break, on Friday 3rd January 2025.
